1. PLACE DESIRED AMOUNT OF SUB ROLLS ON PAPER LINED SHEET PAN. 2. DEFROST OVERNIGHT. 3. REMOVE FROM RETARDER AND CAREFULLY STRETCH EACH ROLL IF SO DESIRED. 4. PLACE ON PAPER LINED SHEET PAN 2 X 4 OR 2 X 5. 5. PLACE IN PROOF BOX (85% HUMIDITY, 90 F) UNTIL ROLLS DOUBLE IN SIZE. 6. EGG WASH IF DESIRED. 7. BAKE AT 400 F FOR 15 – 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
