Idahoan Scalloped Potato Casserole is made from sliced dehydrated potatoes cut from 100% Idaho? potatoes and a creamy sauce mix. The product is prepared by adding water and margarine or butter and complies with the provisions of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act and Amendments.
1. Pour pouch contents into a 2 ½ x ½ size steam table pan. 2. Add 2 ½ quarts of boiling water, 2 ounces of margarine or butter (if desired) and stir well with wire whip. 3. Bake in convection oven at 350F for 35 minutes (400F in a conventional oven for 40 minutes).
