Flavor EnhancerAccent wakes up the flavors in your food. Accent adds depth to food flavor. Its been a secret ingredient of many chefs for years. Accent has 60% less sodium than salt and is a terrific alternative to salt for people watching their sodium intake.
A flavor enhancer consisting of monosodium glutamate. Odorless and with a slight salty taste, it is the sodium salt of glutamic acid, naturally occurring amino acid found in many foods.
Add 1/2 tsp Accent per pound of meat. Add 1/2 tsp Accent for each 4 to 6 servings of soups, stews, casseroles, sauces, salads and vegetables.
