FRIED CLAMS ARE JULIENNE SLICES OF THE ATLANTIC SURF CLAMS. THE CLAM STRIPS ARE THEN BREADED, PREFRIED, FLASH FROZEN AND PACKED IN PLASTIC POUCHES OF THE SPECIFIED WEIGHT.

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375ÂF. REMOVE FROM BAG; DO NOT THAW. SPREAD CLAMS EVENLY ON A BAKING SHEET OR TRAY AND BAKE APPROXIAMATELY 6 MINUTES. REMOVE FROM OVEN; FLIP AND BAKE 6 MINUTES LONGER OR UNTIL CRISP. OVEN TEMPERATURE MAY VARY; ADJUST THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO YOUR OWN OVEN. COOK TO A MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160ÂF (71ÂC).
