Furmanos; 1/#10 Deluxe Marinara Sauce
Deluxe Marinara Sauce, canned by Furmano Foods, is processed from fresh whole tomatoes washed and sorted to remove poor quality fruit. We chop and run the tomatoes through a pulper with screens that are large enough to maintain some texture and product identity. We then concentrate the tomatoes to the desired consistency. Tomato chunks are added to give the desired product appearance. Olive oil is injected into each can.
