Oatmeal Raisin Frozen Cookie Dough
Delicious, reduced fat oatmeal raisin cookie dough made with oats, raisins, molasses, and cinnamon. Individually pre-portioned, frozen and packed in a bulk bag with zero thaw time needed.
Do not eat raw cookie dough.
BAKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR VALUE ZONE COOKIES ARE SHOWN HERE AND ARE ALSO PRINTED ON THE CASE.For 1oz / 28g frozen cookie dough / Pour paté à biscuits congelée 1oz / 28g : Otis Oven / Four Otis : 280oF (138oC) for / pour 14 – 17 minutes.Commercial Convection Oven / Four commercial à convection : 300oF (149oC) for / pour 10 – 12 minutes.Residential Gas or Electric Oven / Four residential au gaz/ électrique : 325oF (163oC) for / pour 15 – 18 minutes.BAKINGPreheat oven for 10 minutes.Place frozen cookie dough pieces 2 inches (5 cm) apart on a parchment lined baking tray.Bake in oven as indicated above.NOTES FOR ALL COOKIESMake sure that the oven thermostat is accurate.Baking time will vary by type of oven and number of racks used at one time.When properly baked, cookies will remain soft even after cooking.COOLINGAllow cookies to cool for 30 minutes before removing from baking pan.
