Thaw cake in closed cart or under dome: in refrigerator 2 ½ -3 hours or overnight, at room temperature 2 ½ -3 hours. 4. Serve or cover cut cake and return to refrigerator. OR FOR QUICK THAW: Cut frozen cake; plate serving(s). Thaw Covered: at room temperature about 30-60 minutes in refrigerator about 30-60 minutes. Cover; return remaining unused portions to freezer.
