From Frozen: Remove from case and let stand at room temperature in the bag until fully thawed (overnight approximately 12 hrs.) From Refrigerated: Remove from case and let stand in bag 4-6 hours at room temperature. After reaching room temperature, fluff and individually separate each tortilla.Steam CabinetReturn wraps to bag and place in steam cabinet. Stack no more than 3 dozen high. Heat to 160 F. Do not keep more than 3 hours.
