Preparation
Remove outer packaging.Preheat nonstick skillet to a medium-high temperature with 1 tablespoon cooking oil.Place chop into skillet and cook for 4-6 minutes.Flip chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, to an internal temperature of 145F.Remove from heat and serve after 3 minutes.
