We extrude our own dough to form the shells and cook them until perfectly al dente. Each shell is then hand stuffed with a delectable blend of Ricotta and Romano cheese plus spices.
Dress lightly with olive oil, butter or sauce, add a salad and you have a complete meal on the table in minutes.

Place Stuffed Shells with a half inch of space between each one, cover generously with sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil. If frozen, bake in 375 F oven for approximately 45 minutes. If thawed, bake for only 25 minutes. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165F for at least 15 seconds.
