RECOMMENDED PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS (FRY FROM THAWED STATE ONLY)1. Ensure battered sous vide chicken is completely thawed. 2. For best results, coat chicken evenly with batter and deep fry at 350F for approximately 2-3 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and crispy. 3. Remove chicken from fryer and serve as desired.
