MICROWAVE OVEN 1100 Watt: Cook loosely covered in microwave safe container. Cook 8 oz Thawed (40F or less) product on 50% Power 4 1/2 to 5 minutes. Product must be cooked to an internal temperature of 165F. Let stand 10-15 minutes before serving.
