For 1 Serving: 1. Add 1/4 cup CREAM OF RICE slowly to 1 cup boiling water (salted if desired), stirring constantly. 2. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to maintain a low boil. 3. Cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. 4. Remove from heat. Cover, let stand for 1 minute. Stir well before serving. To prepare one 28 oz CREAM OF RICE box, yield 17 (1 cup) servings: 1. Heat 4 quarts plus 1 cup water and 2-3 teaspoons salt (optional) to boiling. 2. Add whole box of CREAM OF RICE slowly, stirring constantly. 3. Return to boiling. Reduce heat to maintain a low boil. 4. Cook 30 seconds stirring constantly. 5. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand 1 minute. Stir well before serving.
