Thaw completely and shake well before use. Pour JUST Egg into preheated (non-stick) skillet or sauté pan. Pan should be coated evenly with butter or oil. Cook on medium to medium-high heat in small batches. Use a rubber spatula to occasionally scrape and pull mixture across pan, until product is cooked and no longer appears liquid. Holding Instructions: To ensure highest quality product, JUST EGG should be held in a heating pan for a maximum of 30 minutes.; Always cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165F.
