Little Northern Bakehouse Bagels have a shelf life of 9 days at room temperature. To extend shelf life, keep product in the freezer and follow these thawing instructions: Remove bagel pack from the freezer. Place the bagel pack in an ambient temperature well-ventilated area (around 20 C (68 F). Do not thaw in the refrigerator, choosing a warmer spot will thaw the bagels quicker and maintain the quality.
