A classic Fall favorite that starts with a tender golden flaky crust, filled with a lightly spiced pumpkin filling thats full of flavor.

Baking Instructions: 1. Place sheet pan in oven. Preheat conventional oven to 400ÂF or preheat convection oven to 350ÂF (with blower fan on). 2. Remove frozen pie(s) from carton; remove protective parchment(s). 3. Note: To repair cracked or broken dough: moisten with warm water, press over damaged area. 4. Place frozen pie(s) on sheet pan. 5. Bake in preheated 400ÂF. Conventional Oven, 65 – 70 minutes. Or bake in preheated 350ÂF. Convection Oven, 55 – 60 minutes (with blower fan on). Filling temperature must reach 165ÂF. Do not overbake! Ovens vary; adjust time and temperature as necessary. Filling doneness: outer edges of filling will have a firm set and some browning is normal. Center circle (4-6 inches) will have a soft set and shake like gelatin. Center filling will firm during cooling. 6. Remove pie(s) from oven on sheet pan. Never handle hot pie(s) by edges of pie pans! 7. Cool at room temperature for about 2 hours before cutting or serving.
