DEEP FRYERFry frozen potatoes at 345F for 9 ½ minutes, shaking basket after 1 minute. Remove from fryer and let stand for 3 minutes. MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS)Microwave ½ bag of potatoes on HIGH for 10 minutes, covered, stirring halfway through cook time. Let stand for 1 minute.
