White Frosting Mix
Add water only (Complete)
1/4 Cup
1 1/3 cups (10.6oz) Hot Water (140 – 150F 4.5 lbs Mix 1. Pour all hot water into mixing bowl, add frosting mix on top of water. 2. Mix on low speed for 1 minute with paddle, scrape bowl and paddle. 3. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes 4. if mix is stiff add additional water each 4.5 lb of dry mix will frost 1 18-26" sheet cakes
